Possess excellent skills in establishing rapport with clients from diverse cultures and economic levels; ability to multitask and prioritize work while meeting strict deadlines. Brett is a Project Manager with 10 years of experience in architecture, construction and management. He has a passion for providing effective solutions for each of his clients. He has a background in a wide variety of project types, including: airport, residential, office buildings, historic preservation, academic institutions, tenant improvement, as well as the management of large teams. Brett is passionate about creating architecture that is innovative, and spaces that work well for the end user.   

 Mary Ann Figueras is a skilled licensed Architect who possesses expertise in various aspects of design in the Philippines including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Transportation. With several years of experience, she demonstrates dedication and meticulousness in creating both preliminary and detailed design drawings, encompassing both conceptual and production phases.

Additionally, she has an extensive background as an Independent Contractor, successfully managing projects in Australia and the USA including Residential, Multi-Residential, Apartment, and Commercial Buildings 

Ms. Mayo is a registered and licensed architect based in the Philippines with over 7 years of experience. Motivated and driven individual equipped with diversified work experience in preparing designs from conceptual phase up to working drawings for built environments from small up to large scale complex projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and Transportation. As a Design Manager, she was responsible for overseeing multiple projects and tasked with coordinating and integrating the work of various team members, including Architects/ designers, Engineers, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) material specialists and Quantity Surveyors, to ensure the successful design and development of the projects while maintaining quality standards, adhering to budgets and timelines, and aligning the design with the client’s vision.
